Project scheduling includes various activities to ensure project deliverables. The project manager and the project office manager in collaboration with the products managers ensure the development of the project organization manual (POM).This manual provides with the project management procedures to be used throughout the project.
Monitoring and control
This activity makes is possible to present an update of the situation for each project coordination committee meeting. It allows among other things to review project progress and achievement of deliverables in accordance with the planning previously established.
Analysis of Current Processes
This step is a cornerstone of the project. It allows, among other things, to highlight areas of convergence and differences between your current and future processes. To make that happened, we meet your users, your team leaders, your different programs managers , and your archivists. We need to check the tools currently available to your users in the course of their work and take data, analyze, verify and, suggest ways that would allow you to improve processes related to the arrival of a computerized tool. This process starts as soon as the software is presented.
During this stage, it is essential for us to understand the functional needs sought and targeted by the project. Therefore, we need to adequately validate and document the functional requirements described as part of the project. A statement including the results of current processes and functional analysis is then presented to the members of your management team as well as the new precesses harmonization plan.
To ensure that all new modules meet the customer's expectations with regard to the installation, training and equipment related to it, data conversion, and of software features validation, we perform testing in a test environment before beginning settlement activity in the real environment.
Support and Startup
The software implementation marks the beginning of the project execution in the product environment. From the software installation in the real environment to the final conversion of data from the different sytems, your users begin to apply the new processes and working methods that were taught to them during the trial period.
Our experience in system transition allows us to structure our approach to implementation. The ongoing assistance alongside your customers allows us to understand their different ways of working by introducing them to the new system and by accompanying them in the first moments of use in production mode.
